You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussions
  • Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their families
  • Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months)
  • Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting
  • Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool
  • Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios
  • Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives
  • Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver
  • Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables
  • Lead and participate in tests & cutover
  • Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers
  • Collaborate with Business Champions and Key User Community to drive drive deployment
  • Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU
  • Key member of new planning tool implementation
  • Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design
  • Participate in various workshops and design sessions
  • Responsible for successful delivery and testing of new tool


Responsibilities:

  • IMPLEMENTATION: Drive implementation in line with Global Template. Highlight exceptions. Develop Process Efficiency Index to measure compliance of local systems and processes to Global Template.
  • KDDs, PROCESS DOCUMENTATION: Produce functional design documents for review and sign off. Lead preparation of KDDs: summarize options, Pro's & Con's, align with stakeholders. Document finance processes in designated tool.
  • TRAINING: Ensure training documentation completed and training executed for all users globally. Ensure training material secured for future use by the organization with clear ownership determined
  • TESTING: Ensure all test cases are available and complete. Secure testing resources and lead to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test case execution. Co-ordinate and / or lead training.
  • GO-LIVE PREPARATION: Ensure any defects are fixed, tested and closed. Promote process understanding; ensure that roles & responsibilities are well understood.
  • OVERALL: Collaborate to ensure delivery of plan to agreed timelines and budget.


Key Skills required:

  • 4 year degree required in related field preferred
  • 5 years / Strong experience in Demand Planning (IBP / Demand Planning)
  • O9 / SAP knowledge about Masterdata governance (Product, Entity, Customer)
  • Knowledge about systems - APO, IBP360 & O9
  • Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferable
  • Creative and leading edge thinking to drive standardization and efficiency; skilled in problem solving
  • Skilled in problem solving with experience in delivering large scale projects
  • Can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.
  • Pro-active and excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and across regions.
  • Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.
  • Agile and Growth mindset
