Job Summary:
BPM seeks a Demand Generation Specialist to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. In this role, you'll work closely with our content and digital teams to deploy multi-channel campaigns, optimize lead nurture flows, and maintain marketing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient with marketing automation platforms, and experienced in B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Content Execution
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social, and paid platforms to maximize reach and engagement with target audiences
- Configure campaign tracking and automation sequences in HubSpot to monitor performance and trigger timely follow-up actions
- Deploy SEO-optimized content assets across campaign channels while maintaining brand consistency and messaging alignment
- Implement landing page and CTA optimizations in coordination with the Digital Marketing Specialist to improve conversion rates
- Execute comprehensive QA testing of campaign elements to ensure error-free deployment and optimal user experience
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements
- Maintain comprehensive campaign tracking in Monday.com to ensure timely execution and stakeholder visibility
- Coordinate content deployment with the content team to ensure assets align with campaign objectives and timelines
- Support the Demand Generation Senior Manager with campaign execution, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
- Lead Management & Operations
- Execute list segmentation based on established targeting criteria and audience segments
- Implement predefined lead scoring rules within HubSpot to support lead qualification
- Deploy automated nurture workflows that guide prospects through the buyer's journey with relevant, timely content
- Execute targeted email campaigns designed to engage specific audience segments and drive conversions
- Optimize conversion points throughout the funnel using A/B testing and performance data
- Support data hygiene by maintaining clean, accurate records within marketing platforms
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B demand generation experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on marketing automation expertise(HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Analytics and reporting proficiency (Google Analytics preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, and communications
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
