Are you a B2B Demand Generation/Growth Marketing professional looking to take your skills to the next level? ReSource Pro is seeking a Demand Gen/Growth Marketing Expert to join our Marketing Team. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and metrics-oriented role for an individual who thrives in digital & demand generation.
Your role...

The Expert, Growth Marketing manages the development, execution, and analysis of customer and prospect multi-channel campaign programs, including the deployment of revenue-driving campaigns, ensuring strategic growth and lead objectives are met. This position will project manage the creation of campaign assets, translating strategic visions of vertical GTMs, ABM and client growth objectives into results-oriented programs.  

In 6 months you will:

  • Produce, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including PR, digital, events, email, paid media etc. 
  • Support vertical leads and ABM manager with campaign best practices and channel strategies, identifying opportunities to weave campaigns together across channels and meet revenue targets. 
  • Translate strategies identified by leadership across marketing and revenue to create and manage campaigns, ensuring execution and results aligns with established goals.  
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations teams to measure and report on key metrics from all campaigns and activities, identifying wins, loses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze campaigns including any component that is customer facing and ensure any singular channel campaign strategy is developed into an over-arching theme/message – hitting on multiple channels.
  • Project management of all campaigns and growth initiatives, and ensure teams are activated across marketing to effectively meet deadlines and meet KPIs.
  • Manage cross-functional campaign communication, ensuring understanding of activities in market and the impacts toward KPIs are clear and concise.
  • Effectively lead in campaign and demand best practices through collaboration process with internal teams on activities related to driving revenue and growth goals of ReSource Pro.
  • Establish best practices, ideas, and executional alignment to enhance growth strategies using marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, monitor, and improve strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Support in development of competitor analysis, customer testimonials, and other items needed to effectively execute growth initiatives.

What you need to be successful...

  • 7-10 years of experience with B2B Growth Marketing  
  • 5+ years of experience managing and executing growth/demand generation campaigns   
  • Insurance industry experience a plus 
  • Experience utilizing Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce, Google suite, SEMrush, and Figma, or similar program required.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are on
e part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $62,605 - $110,000.

The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
