Overview
 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This critical role involves developing and executing innovative demand generation campaigns that generate leads, engage prospects, and nurture existing customers.

Through a mix of offline and online campaigns targeting specific industry verticals with tailored messaging and key accounts, this high-impact role will drive Brink’s growth initiatives forward. This role requires a strategic and data-driven individual with a proven track record of success in B2B demand generation.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns aligned with Brink's U.S. and Canada business objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs focused on three core functions:
    • Events Marketing: Plan and execute a robust events strategy, including large-scale industry events and smaller, more intimate events in conjunction with field marketing initiatives. Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and contract negotiation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
    • Outbound Marketing: Develop and implement targeted outbound campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects. Leverage various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to reach key decision-makers and drive qualified leads.
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive pipeline generation through ABM strategies, leveraging data and insights to identify and target key accounts. Develop and execute personalized campaigns that resonate with specific account needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience with event marketing and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and understanding by consistently asking insightful questions that contribute to deeper knowledge and informed decision-making processes within the team.
