nCino seeks an ambitious and visionary demand generation marketer to fill the role of Demand Generation Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate is a driven marketing professional with a proven track record in hands-on implementation, management, and optimization of campaigns, as well as developing effective demand generation strategies. This position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with diverse marketing departments, serving as a vital business partner to our sales and customer success units.
As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for conceiving and executing both enduring and lead-generating marketing programs across multiple solutions. Your role will involve close cooperation with marketing, regional marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of these programs.


 

Essential Functions:

  • Campaign Management: Implement and manage omni-channel campaigns that educate and promote to Ideal Customer Accounts (ICAs) and key decision-making personas within the financial industry

  • Project Management & Global Market Experience: Manage both domestic and international campaigns, with strong project management skills and proficiency in SharePoint, Monday.com, and SmartNotes.
  • Builds strong relationships across a global cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Digital Strategy & Marketing Automation: Shape digital strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content syndication, advertisement, paid media, web, and social media. Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insight: Foster collaboration within marketing and beyond, including IT, sales, product marketing, and customer service teams. Deep understanding of market trends, brands, customer segments, and products to build powerful campaigns.
  • Campaign Logistics: Define the technical and creative requirements for campaigns. Collaborate with the database team, content team, demand generation team, and other internal teams to utilize relevant data and contribute to content production, ensuring seamless campaign assembly. Work closely with global marketing leadership to ensure content relevance across regions.
  • Analytical & Tracking Skills: management, and tracking report, and analyze demand generation programs, providing actionable insights to optimize efforts.
  • Digital Tools & Compliance: Stay updated on the latest digital tools and approaches for web/mobile analytics and data collection, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign performance, report results, and work to continuously improve.
  • Define and manage KPIs, owning quarterly demand generation goals (net new leads created, MQL/MQA, opportunities, etc.) and ensuring exceptional ROI.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of demand generation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, advanced degree a plus.
  • 4+ years experience with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns, with some experience in a software (SaaS) or technology company.
  • Good understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels.
  • Execution-driven self-starter comfortable owning projects of varying complexity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

$83,200.00 - $141,400.00
