The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and proven Demand Creation Lead, New Markets to lead marketing, demand creation strategy and execution throughout our expansion to the Small Operator and Owner-Operator segment, from our core Mid-Market and Enterprise business. These are not traditional SMB small businesses. The senior living landscape is comprised of tens of thousands of owner-operated and management company operated, 8-9 figure businesses. This is a massive and virtually untapped segment that aligns closely with our value proposition, and is pivotal to the growth of our business.

You are a highly creative and outside-of-the-box thinker who can develop and execute high-impact demand generating initiatives. To truly cut through with this cohort, you’ll need to position Further in ways and places where this audience spends their time - both inside and outside their office. You’re someone who can get us to their watering holes and influence sales engagements through thought leadership, storytelling, network effect, guerrilla style marketing, digital content and assets, in-person and conference based campaigns. You are a marketer and activator who studies your audience’s moves, and obsesses over your ICP and buyer personas businesses challenges and opportunities. You have a keen eye for your buyer’s sensitivities and business objectives. You have a unique ability to identify and articulate customer pain points, and the need for technology-based resolutions to transform their business. You’re persuasive, and you know what it takes to persuade others. We have the strongest revenue generation solutions and stories in the industry at the Mid-Market and Enterprise level. You are someone who can help us evangelize our market-leading position to create a wave of sales engagement across this new segment.

The primary measure of success will be new sales qualified leads and pipeline generation.
What You’ll Own

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals and target the Small Operator audience.

Find our audience’s watering holes - both in and out of their office - and craft creative, multi-channel, activations to attract their attention and drive inbound sales engagement.

Lead the creation of engaging content and integrated marketing activations across digital, in-person events, email, social, blogs, landing pages, sales collateral and digital assets.

Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, maximize results, and develop a coordinated lead generation strategy

Partner with influential customers and agency partners who can help us generate ground swell

Nurture leads through various channels, including in-person and digital events, email campaigns, mailers, social, retargeting, and other high-impact mediums.

Collaborate with Operations to manage and optimize the company's database, ensuring accurate lead management and data quality, while adhering to privacy laws.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation campaigns and channels, using insights to refine strategies.

Present demand generation results and strategies to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact on pipeline creation and business growth, while contributing to strategic decision-making for future campaigns.
What You’ll Bring

At least 5+ years of experience scaling a demand generation function at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth.

A knack for deviating from the norm of basic demand generation, especially at a time when traditional practices are getting lost in the shuffle.

Intuitive Marketer with an ability to be keenly aware of how a customer’s business operates and how to deliver messaging that resonates.

Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and communicate key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity).

Proven ability to design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with buyer journeys, from conception through execution.

Demonstrated experience working with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive demand generation strategies.

Ability to develop high-impact content (e.g., eBooks, case studies, webinars) that resonates with the target audience.

Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present insights effectively.

Familiarity with website creation and updates—including content management systems and web development basics—is a plus.
Compensation Band
Our openings span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $145,000 to $160,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as location, work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
