The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) are responsible for driving an uplift in the Consumer Data and Analytics capability across the Retail Bank. The area comprises of several functions to support the goals of Group priorities within the Data and Analytics.

We’re interested in hearing from people who

• Have solid hands-on experience in Pega decisioning

• Are confident running the end-to-end software design, development, and implementation of decision strategy framework

• Have solid hands-on experience and/or knowledge with Pega CDH, Next Best Action Designer, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning

• Are knowledgeable support marketing & channel transformation, enablement of analytical modelling as well as improving proposition and decision strategy design

• Pride themselves on executing on the customer decisioning strategy and developing whilst delivering on your own and team targets

• Are constantly communicating with various stakeholders with strong interpersonal, documentation and presentation abilities

• Have backend development experience involving large volume of data between systems

Tech Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.

• Pega decisioning consultant, Pega CDH

• Pega Case Management 8.x+

• Pega RESTful Services and consuming RESTful services as clients

• Build and work with Kafka topics

• Pega cloud application performance tuning

• Pega System Architect trained & certified

• SQL coding, data modelling technique, campaign management process

• Experience with Database design and tuning is highly desirable (DBs like Oracle or PostgreSQL)

• Pega application CI/CD pipelines

• Pega BIX extractions

• Pega integration with streaming applications for data ingress and egress

• AWS Cloud and Pega Cloud environments.
