The Opportunity
Are you ready to play a key role in driving technological innovation for our organization and dealer partners? We are seeking a Dealer Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Dealer Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration, functionality, performance, and business value of our Dealer Solutions products.
Role Purpose:
As a Dealer Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support the execution of systems' initiatives that enable the organization, channel partners and stakeholders to achieve their strategic business objectives. In addition, assume a lead role in supporting existing Dealer Solutions products to ensure that they have seamless integration, functionality, performance, and business value to enable high performing Dealers
Role Objectives:
- Leans on the global strategy to create a focused systems implementation, adoption and utilisation plans for ANZ with measurable deliverables.
- Coordinates cross-departmentally to align and optimise internal resources for new products, and systems solutions.
- Executes implementation projects, product demonstrations as required.
- Works with dealers to deliver detailed product and system requirements for use by development teams.
- Validates developed features with dealers for suitability and functionality.
- Documentation of features and usage, including process and integration mapping.
- Works with Global Product Owners of respective products to build strong relationships and alignment.
- Works with local Dealer Development resources to align system functionality to dealer processes, including mapping of new processes
- Works with support teams to ensure that dealers support tickets are appropriately resolved and closed out according to Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Ensure that appropriate support processes are in place for Dealer Solutions products
About You
With strong System Integration and Project Management experience, you are an energetic self-starter who is an excellent team player and takes pride in their work and their working environment.

- Proven experience in systems integration, project management, and life-cycle development
- Ability to analyse, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions and processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and a team player
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working in a Business Analyst role - or similar.
- Familiarity with a similar industry, including dealer management systems and Information Technology.
- Knowledge and expertise with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics
Education / Experience:
Degree or equivalent related work experience in Information Technology or Business disciplines
