Job Title:DCS Engineer
Summary:DCS-Engineer will responsible DCS, PLC and Scada for support project, maintenance, Process and production team in Thailand. Design, Programming and Improvement DCS, PLC and Scada system to ensure control system is reliable.
Responsibilities Include:
- Initiative in continuous improvement of project for DCS, PLC and Scada system
- Technical support to the site Operation and Maintenance team for troubleshooting
- Developing and installing program updates using automation software and custom coding languages
- Troubleshooting system errors
- Documenting development processes
- Collaborate with Project / Maintenance / Process and Production Team
- Controlling and reducing the DCS / PLC costs to have production effectiveness within the specified limits.
- To support engineering activities for all modification jobs such as installation, engineering, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup
- To modify PLC/DCS programs as required
- To prepare control / instrument specifications and drawings
- To prepare MOC (Management of Change) as required
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and MPM guideline
- Other assignment jobs.

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Control and Instrument Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Control and Instrument maintenance, project or service.
- Good knowledge of DCS (Yokogawa), PLC and Scada system
- Computer literacy
- Good command of English communication
- Safety consciousness
- Background from chemical / Petrochemical industry is preferred
- Background commissioning project in DCS, PLC, Instrument and Scada
- Knowledge of Quality Management System, e.g. ISO/TS16949, ISO9001 or ISO14001 is preferred
- PSM Knowledge
- Good work discipline and hands-on
