Do you enjoy leading workflow within a Distribution Center? We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving DC Coordinator who can work through our shipping processes and coordinate schedules within the facility.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for processing orders from start to finish.
•    Prioritize order flow, maintaining accurate records, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments.
•    Communicatee daily requirements to carriers, shipping and receiving finished goods, Inventory accuracy and investigating and managing inventory transactions/discrepancies.
•    Communicate verbally and in written form with customer service, internal and external customers, multiple transportation providers, vendors, plants and other Distribution Centers, multiple levels of management, peers and individuals that comprise the shipping staff at the DC.
•    Other general duties as required.

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma required.
•    2 years of previous administrative experience, in distribution/warehousing.
•    Prior SAP experience.
•    Ability to effectively connect with subordinates, peers, & support management and handle confidential information.
•    Ability to work overtime and/or flex schedule as needed to accomplish daily needs of the department and/or cover for other team members when they are absent from work.
