Role and Responsibilities
- Implements digital improvements across IT infrastructure & application landscape.
- Influences PB on their decisions.
- Performs as part of the shop team representing information technology.
- Manages and coordinates all Digital Workspace technology.
- Supports all printers, MFPs, on-site A/V and telecommunications equipment.
- Manages and coordinates the deployment and support of shop floor PCs.
- Provides on-site support for networking infrastructure.
- Coordinates infrastructure work with applicable teams.
- Participates in lean, cost savings & technology obsolescence projects.
- Provides immediate response to cybersecurity threats.
- Escalates DT issues that are affecting site production & provide on call support as necessary.
- Implements the roadmap to drive digital improvements across IT infrastructure & application landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with a minimum of 1 plus years professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- 1 plus years of professional experience in Manufacturing IT Leadership
- 1 plus years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
NOTE: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working IT in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations
- Experienced in design, performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructure.
- Manage infrastructure and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Integrate with manufacturing technologies.
- Lean Six Sigma principles (e.g., green belt certified)
- Customer focus – manages technical issues in complex, difficult, or stressful situations; evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint.
- Recognize problems, document problem statements and estimating efforts.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
