Keep track of Uline’s growing customer base! As a Database Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the accuracy of our customer database. This ensures accurate product shipments, effective marketing campaigns and meaningful analysis for our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

Train and coach the data hygiene team that supports Direct Marketing, managing schedules and workflows to ensure project and assignment completion.

Handle escalated customer issues related to catalog mailings or address-related concerns.

Work with the Database Manager to resolve issues impacting the customer database.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
3+ years of experience in database marketing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-
Accurate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
