Description

Responsible for creating, managing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)/Metrics. Supports the overall functions of the Roadside Toll Systems Team by performing report generation, creation of new alerts, database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication support. Works with monitoring operation center and other SLAM team members to oversee and monitor third party patching, deep-dive data analysis, Power BI report development and works with other teams to support databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Analyzes data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then designs, develops, amends, and optimizes to meet system(s) requirements. Gathers, analyzes, and normalizes relevant information related to business processes, functions, and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning

Intermediate professional level role. Supports team functions with medium to high complexity. Works on several projects as a project team member and at times, serves as a project leader. May be required to coach junior technical staf

Requirements
  • 5 years of IT work experience in DBA, SQL Procedural code and design, and relevant computing environments.
  • Must be versatile in Oracle Procedural Language (PL-SQL) and Microsoft SQL (Transact-SQL)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
