DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Engage in data wrangling and generate insights to assist the sales strategy team with important business decisions. Support lines of business or business units focused on BI reporting and dashboards. Drive the set-up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs for the business units. Work with engineers and data scientists to turn insights into self-service dashboards or data products. Build clean, actionable dashboards. Query Salesforce data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making. Evangelize the insights through storytelling. Create easy-to-consume media that inspires anyone from senior executives to fellow analysts into action. Drive automation of new and existing processes. Work with AI, cloud technologies, and cloud computing. Leverage Snowflake and AWS for essential, complex data tasks and utilize AI/ML technologies, including Chat GPT and Tableau Pulse, to develop automated and personalized insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, BI Developer, Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Software Engineer/Developer, SAS Developer/Programmer, IT/Tech Lead, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Visualization, BI Developer, Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Software Engineer/Developer, SAS Developer/Programmer, IT/Tech Lead, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SQL for extracting data from diverse and complex sources including Teradata, Oracle, and SQL Server; Data Analysis and Data Visualization using Tableau; managing large datasets and databases; ETL and Data Wrangling tool such as Alteryx; Database or Cloud Systems Amazon AWS or Snowflake; Python Coding; Stakeholder management; project management tools such as JIRA board; Machine learning models and predictive analytics; Customer Relationship management; building data visualization tools for business requirements; Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP or indexing.

Full-Time. Salary: $133,800 - $165,000 per year.
