As a Data Visualization Vice President in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into compelling visual stories that drive business insights and decision-making. our primary responsibilities will include implementing end-to-end data infrastructure solutions, data products, and analytics output. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm, including Finance, Technology, Consumer and Community Banking, Wealth Management, and Private Bank, to support sensitive data analytics, reporting, and the development of new solutions tailored to senior stakeholders and the Finance organization.
Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data visualization projects to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data visualization and data management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to various audiences, including senior management.
  • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and visualization tools.
  • Manage a team of data visualization associates, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data visualization techniques and best practices.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven people manager with experience of handling diverse team members. Having the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Minimum of 11 plus years of relevant experience in SQL, developing and managing advanced BI dashboards involving data visualization, data-driven analysis and team management
  • Strong Tableau/Power BI dashboard design, development and server deployment knowledge
  • Strong Alteryx workflows development and server deployment knowledge
  • Hands on experience writing complex SQL Queries for analyzing huge data sets.
  • Programming tools such as Python, R or SAS.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
  • Problem solver and solution oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Jira and Agile practices


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience with big data technologies and machine learning is a plus.
  • Experience working in data transformation & cloud migration projects is a plus.
