The Opportunity:

The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of their IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.

CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Data Visualization Engineer to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency.  The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.

 Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process and technology improvement recommendations using current ITSM, asset, and system lifecycle data
  • Provides data management analysis in support of acquiring, collecting, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data from a variety of program and enterprise sources for complete picture of Technical Refresh posture
  • Develops and implements data and graphic visualizations using standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design frameworks) and Microsoft Office Suite; uses Tableau or similar platforms to maintain dashboards
  • Provides project input, updates, and standings to cover current and future DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth for new or existing sites
  • Provides data-backed collaboration on schedules, project scope, implementation timing, and prior execution as basis for future success

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible
  • Has a minimum of 5 years in data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, acquiring, extracting, integrating, inspecting, cleaning, and modeling data
  • Possess knowledge and experience with data analysis and data technical expertise in data management, engineering, and science
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills
  • An AS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
  • Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

Desired: 

  • Degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science

Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
