As a Data Visualization Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be supporting our partners with the best-in-class data reporting ,business insights and analytics program, focused on optimizing operational performance, enabling continuous improvements in planning, efficiency, service and controls for all key operational functions within CIB.
Job Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills and the ability understanding requirements and distill information and results into simple concepts and actionable insights for a variety of audiences by regular connects with business and functional stakeholders.
• Define, design, and drive high priority strategic initiatives with senior level visibility in areas above - ranging from delivering business initiatives to engineering enabling capabilities with excellent presentation skills.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics & Visualization
• Need hands on experience with
  • SQL, Alteryx
  • Data Visualization tool Qliksense
  • Knowledge of Distributed file systems, e.g., Hadoop, AWS. Jira & MS Office
• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably with Computer Science Engineering

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Ability to understand business problems/processes and design solutions/methodologies that are rooted in data
• Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction / mining / modeling / visualization)
• Effectively communicate insights/recommendations (verbal and written)
• Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic.
