As a Data Transformation and Process Automation - Senior Associate in the Digital Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). You will also develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions to enhance data workflows, lead data integration projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements. Your role will be crucial in ensuring data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. This role requires advanced SQL proficiencies and intelligent automation programming tools.
Job responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions to enhance data workflows.
• Lead data integration projects and collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data transformation and process automation.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in intelligent automation programming tools (e.g., Python, RPA tools).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Knowledge of data science and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
