The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) oversees data strategy, analytics, reporting, and governance for CAO functions, including Global Supplier Services, Global Security, and more. Our mission is to manage data assets and derive insights to drive business goals, enhance analytics, and streamline reporting using advanced process automation, data visualization, and machine learning tools.
The Data Strategy team within CAO CDAO develops and executes data strategies, aligns work with CAO business groups, manages programs, and communicates achievements. We seek an Associate to manage the Intelligent Solutions Program, focusing on data solutions and workflows. The role involves designing risk-based governance models and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic development.
As a Data Strategy & Business Operations Associate within the Chief Administrative Office, you will be responsible for managing the Intelligent Solutions Program. Your focus will be on designing risk-based governance models and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote the strategic development of data solutions and workflows. Your role will span across diverse functions such as facilitating security services, real estate management, vendor management, and more.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, delegation, and time management skills, with experience in consulting or data analytics.
Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and CAO CDAO leadership team to support CAO initiatives
  • Translate business needs into actionable projects and track team achievements
  • Facilitate benefits estimation, prioritization, and controls for data solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports)
  • Coordinate and participate in forums between key stakeholders to discuss development, socialization, and implementation of issues
  • Design and track adherence to controls and governance for firmwide standards
  • Focus on continuous improvement and timely execution of deliverables


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of relevant industry knowledge, ideally coupled with consulting, data analysis, or product management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to work independently
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights and actions from data
  • Experience coordinating projects or processes across multiple teams/constituents
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • High emotional intelligence; consulting background and MBA are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
