Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise service management data, ensuring its quality and integrity.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.
- Discuss with IT and business units to understand data usage and implications for data quality.
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Create and generate operational reports – inclusive of Integer, partners and vendors - where needed.
- Facilitate data cleansing and enrichment activities to maintain high data standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance best practices.
- Work with data architects and IT teams to ensure that data management practices align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
- A detail oriented individual focused on data quality and governance.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with enterprise service management tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
