Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist with expertise in AI to join our Data&AI team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, AI technologies, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop innovative AI solutions, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or open-source alternatives (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral)
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise or production-scale applications
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain for building LLM-driven workflows and agents
• Expertise in designing and managing vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context compression, and memory strategies for LLMs
• Familiarity with embedding models and techniques for semantic search
• Experience integrating external tools/APIs into LLM pipelines using agents or tools
• Proficient in Python and common data science/NLP libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Knowledge of orchestration tools and frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Docker, Airflow, Ray) for deploying LLM applications
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable infrastructure and model deployment
