The Data Research Associate transitions between data entry and verification tasks using standard processes. Proficient in adapting to new tasks and providing insights to leadership. Responsibilities include performing clerical and manual work, validating data, and researching and analyzing metrics. Perform document review and audits, solve problems, and process escalated tasks.
What you'll do
- Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new tasks, workflows, or products
- Operate a diverse range of tasks, moving between processes with guidance of management
- Analyze and research key information and accurately transcribing it into internal systems based on customer/internal requirements, utilizing appropriate resource
What experience you need

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center.

Customer service experience
