We are seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Manager to lead the implementation and execution of a robust data quality framework across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selecting and deploying data quality tools, fostering data literacy initiatives, and developing data quality test scripts based on business rules. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, trustworthy data to drive critical business decisions.
How you will make an impact:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the data quality strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data quality products to meet organizational needs.
• Design and execute data quality frameworks, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research and assess data quality tools, ensuring they meet technical and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for seamless integration of data quality tools into the data ecosystem.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define business rules and develop automated test scripts to monitor data quality.
• Establish and maintain robust data validation processes and workflows to identify and resolve data anomalies.
• Build dashboards and reports to track and communicate data quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver data literacy programs focused on data quality awareness across the organization.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on data quality principles, ensuring teams understand and adhere to standards.
• Act as a change agent to embed a data quality mindset into organizational culture.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to align data quality initiatives with governance policies.
• Continuously monitor and enhance data quality processes to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Drive root cause analysis for recurring data issues and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee execution of data quality cleanup efforts with the ability to leverage or propose new tools or capabilities.

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 8 years’ experience of previous related experience
• Experience in data management and with DQ tools with business insights
• Experience with MDM tools and Data Catalogue
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team as people manager and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations.
• Experience with core data management competencies (e.g., DQ, MDM, Governance, Analytics, Issue Management).
• Product Data & Global Supply Chain knowledge. Understand the Global Supply Chain and Quality’s end-to-end business processes and the interconnection to data, stakeholders, and other data consumers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems; Demonstrated general knowledge over multiple data management tools and platforms (Informatica IDQ & MDM, Collibra, Vizio, Alteryx, PowerBI,) for simplifying and automating key activities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
• Strict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between cross-functional teams and the company; often leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team. Ability to develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).
