We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and results-oriented individual for our Compliance team.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the compliance function within Edenred over fulfilment of regulatory, legal and group requirements
• Assists the local Legal Department with compliance activities, including GDPR, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and other compliance requirements
• Performs KYB checks on corporate clients, customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring, and performs other anti-money laundering activities
• Collaborates in the implementation of group GDPR compliance program, including performance of DPIAs, privacy by design and updating data processing activities on an ongoing basis
• Assists other departments in handling complaints and data subject rights requests according GDPR
• Cooperates with other departments on projects and initiatives of the company, including impact assessments, fraud and compliance risks analysis
• Supports the implementation of regulatory and group requirements and preparation and adaptations of group policies and procedures and other compliance related documentation
• Performs other tasks and objectives based on instruction of local Legal Department
If you:
- Have a compliance background and/or you have a Law, Finance or Business Administration degree
- Have excellent prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Are able to work in a fast-paced and high-performance expectations environment
- Have very good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Speak fluent English
