Unilabs is seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Migration Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data migration strategies and plans in alignment with project requirements
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources using ETL tools
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the migration process
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices
  • Document data migration processes, including procedures and guidelines
  • Conduct data migration testing and validation to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data migration, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools and methodologies, such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, or Talend
  • Proficiency in SQL and database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations is a plus
