Base Pay Range: $59,600.00 - $101,300.00 Annually

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Data Management Analyst plays a meaningful role in the success of KLA’s service business. This role leads our customer installed base data in the SAP CRM system. The role requires working with other functional groups to ensure the customer installed base is accurate and up to date. You will be working with the sales customer data administrator, new product engineers, and our field service teams to facilitate this activity.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle tool shipments and notifications to the field.

• Build and maintain customer structure in CRM.

• Lead requests from the field service teams in crafting/maintaining installed base data.

• Build product structure in the SAP ERP and SAP CRM systems.

• Review and update parts used for installed base management.

• Back-up the customer master data administrator and others within the CRM installed base data team.

Minimum Qualifications

​Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2 years related experience or equivalent experience in handling data bases and transactional systems data accepted.

• SAP ERP system and SAP CRM system experience preferred but not required.

• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail.
