Key Responsibilities:

• Query and Mine Data Resources: Query and mine data resources to answer ad hoc business questions
• Information Analysis: Receive, gather, analyze and organize information from multiple sources
• Information Assurance: Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies
• Run Sponsor Meetings: Develop agendas and work stakeholders for Sponsor meetings
• Metrics and Data: Respond to metrics and data calls
• Translating Business Objectives: Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics, and data science projects
• Maintaining Physical Files: Establish and maintain physical files
• Information Requests: Coordinate requests for additional information as needed
• Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant information
• Status Updates: Provide accurate and timely status updates

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Minimal
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Data Analysis: Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisions
• Capturing Data: Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefings
• Programmatic Activities: Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processes
• Meeting Organization: Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
• Manage Complex Projects: Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities
• Adaptable: Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Microsoft Office Suite: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired:

• PowerBI/Tableau: Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau
