Job Description:
iParametrics is supporting various disaster response and recovery initiatives at the federal, state, and local levels. As part of the FEMA Logistics Planning Construction Support Contract Program, we provide temporary housing solutions to individuals and families affected by natural and man-made disasters. This program covers everything from site selection and logistical planning to housing unit delivery and ongoing maintenance.
We are seeking a Data Input / Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Joint Field Office (JFO). This individual will provide data-related contract oversight and tracking support to the FEMA direct housing management team. The role includes data input, management, and preliminary analysis, along with administrative support for the team, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide data input, management, and tracking for FEMA direct housing contracts.
- Originate, input, maintain, and manipulate spreadsheets, as well as manage database entries.
- Perform data uploads and downloads, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of data related to contract oversight.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and routine correspondence.
- Support task order travel, equipment, and logistics processes and tracking.
- Manage and maintain client filing systems, supporting administrative functions as required.
- Prioritize workload and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in administrative support, including data collection and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to effectively draft letters, reports, and briefings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in engineering or construction management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Zoom.
Special Position/Work Requirements:
- Ability to work both short- and long-term assignments across the U.S. as needed.
- Flexibility to travel and work in various locations based on project needs.
- Willingness to work on assignments that may last several months with potential for extension.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATIONAs a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods. Compensation for this position is hourly, $25-38, with overtime, based on experience, background, and skills.
