Data Entry Project Manager

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Data Entry Project Manager that will coordinate the setup and implementation of new and existing clients. The Data Entry Project Manager we are in need of is an organized, communicative individual who will be integral in driving process improvement to allow for more timely implementations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining quality control measures around implementation both internally and externally and will be critical in ensuring go-lives are executed smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced role in a rapidly growing start-up. This role reports to the Director of Implementation Operations.

The Data Entry Project Manager essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute client configuration from inception to completion
• Provide cross-functional project management for implementations and special projects including project timeline tracking in a specified software
• Identify areas of opportunity for more timely implementation and increased scale 
• Develop processes to drive efficiencies in the pre-go live and day of go-live process 
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Manage quality control mechanisms for overall Implementation Team configuration requirements
• Communicate with clients on implementation projects as needed
• Assist in areas of opportunity for clean-up of Funnel’s configuration data
• Manage training, personnel, and deliverables of outsource partners
• Assist with managing quality control mechanisms for partner deliverables 
• Ensure internal documentation is updated as the platform evolves
• Assist with QAing implementation projects submitted to the implementation team prior to assigning out to a team member
• Work with own and other departments on process creation and improvements where implementation team assistance is vital
• Perform other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and learning 
• Foster collaboration within team and across the company
• Travel up to 5%

• 2+ Years of Project Management Experience

• Experience with Salesforce
