Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Vote Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing policies and procedures that ensure timely delivery and processing of all voting received, to meet SLAs

• Ensure all items are processed /prioritized in a timely manner.

• Assist team with daily responsibilities if required

• Perform testing, indexing, and handling reconciliation reports

• Communicate effectively with Client Services/Vote Audit teams

• Communicate effectively with Management about volumes and departmental needs

• Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager

• Work closely with Scanning/Extraction team to ensure timely deliverables to meet daily SLA requirements

• Ensure metrics are logged in

• Perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Production experience

• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

• Good analytical and computer skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
   

​The pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
