Job Description
We are looking to hire a Data Entry Assistant who is detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency to join our growing team.
**This is a full-time temporary role (W2) requiring a minimum of 4 days onsite (Midtown Manhattan).**
Responsibilities

Gather, research, validate, and enter relevant data into the company’s database and worksheets

Ensure all work data is entered correctly and accurately

Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods

Provide general data entry support across various teams on an as needed basis

Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational skills

Extremely detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately while multitasking

Ability to learn quickly and work proactively
