Job Summary
You are responsible for designing and developing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements You will need to partner with key roles (e.g. project managers, business analysts, vendors etc.) to craft solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services and meet timeline and financial targets.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Follow up to resolve issues reported by Client and performs impact analysis related BAU/projects/enhancements that will affect the CRM applications.
• Be the support staff who needs to closely co-ordinate and work with various team like Tech Infra, application services, project, and business units with the Customers.
• Conducting system performance tests.
• Techno-Functional attributes having flair for quality work.
• Work with the various Business and IT stakeholders to create a detailed technical analysis analysis, outlining problems, and suggest solutions to fixes and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, and prepare detailed functional, technical and integration specifications & related documents with standards and procedures
• Work with delivery team to deliver system according to specification as well as track the tasks assigned to the team in meeting project schedule and quality.
• To Support/execute implementation activities and support post implementation
• Provide Communication to all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are delivered
• Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Be a technical support team member for Oracle CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong experience in Data warehouse concepts, ETL – Talend good to have
• Experience in ETL techniques, Analysis, and Reporting
• Experience on Client-Server application development using Oracle 19c/12c/11g/10g, PL/SQL, SQL *PLUS, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer and SQL*LOADER.
• knowledge on logical and physical Data Modelling using normalizing Techniques. Created Tables, Views, Constraints, Index (B Tree, Bitmap and Function Based).
• Hands on experience on Table Functions, Indexes, Table Partitioning, Collections, Analytical functions, Materialized Views, Query Re-Write and Transportable table spaces.
• Knowledgeable Oracle Developer skilled in data collection, analysis and management
• Handson Experience - software design, development and integration on experience on SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle Workflow, Oracle reports, Workflow customizations, Interface design.
