Join our Intelligence & Analytics division’s Data Integration Team as a Data Engineer! This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent, energetic, and self-motivated individual to play a vital role within a growing part of Anteriad. As a Data Engineer, you will have an important role in receiving, organizing, and loading data into Anteriad’s Data Warehouse. This data will then be used by our clients and throughout the Anteriad organization. This position offers a hybrid working schedule, requiring travel to our Rye Brook office 5-10x per year if you reside 45 minutes or more from Rye Brook.
Candidates must be within a 45+ minute commutable distance to the Rye Brook office to be eligible for the hybrid schedule. This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship or current STEM OPT Work Authorization.

As a Data Engineer on the Data Integration team at Anteriad, you will play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines that support our marketing and analytics efforts. We are seeking a talented professional with deep expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with SSIS and cloud-based data solutions, especially within the Azure ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient data solutions.
- Build and manage data models, stored procedures, and automation scripts within both Microsoft SQL Server and cloud environments.
- Create, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines using SSIS, while supporting our migration to Azure Data Factory and Synapse.
- Develop and optimize data integration processes using SQL and cloud-based technologies like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure Key Vault.
- Design, implement, and maintain reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools.
- Implement and monitor data quality checks, alerting mechanisms, and performance optimizations.
- Assist with new client data onboarding and integration, ensuring seamless ingestion and transformation of data.
- Work closely with teams under Intelligence & Analytics to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance data processing, scalability, and overall efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- 4+ years of experience writing SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related IT field, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, with familiarity in migrating to Azure Data Factory being a plus.
- Exposure to Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault is a plus.
- Firsthand experience in API development is a plus.
- Experience with database marketing or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
