What you’ll be doing? 🛠️
As a Data Engineer, your impact will be felt across multiple industries. You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering complex data flows to support AI/ML/RAG applications, aligned with product roadmaps.
- Collaborating with peers and stakeholders to design and present scalable data solutions.
- Ensuring high-quality, maintainable code for all deliverables.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth.
- Assisting in task allocation based on team members’ strengths and goals.
- Identifying technical spikes and leading their execution.
- Proposing improvements to workflows, processes, and the development stack.
- Participating in the technical assessment of new candidates.
What will make you succeed with us? ✅
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Solid understanding of Azure Cloud solutions, including:
- Data Storage: Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL
- Data Processing: Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics
- AI & ML: Azure AI Studio, Azure ML
- Reporting: Power BI
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, Bash, and Linux.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
