The job involves managing and analyzing KYC (Know Your Customer) data to ensure its integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
As a Data Domain Architect Lead in our data management team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing KYC (Know Your Customer) data to ensure its integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations. You will identify patterns and risks through data analysis, prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements. Your role will require collaboration with various teams, continuous learning to keep up with industry trends, and adherence to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Job responsibilities:
- Diligently collect, organize, and maintain KYC-related data from various sources, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Thoroughly analyze KYC data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, examining customer profiles and transactional data to detect suspicious activities or potential risks.
- Effectively prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analysis findings to stakeholders, aiding informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting automation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows.
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders, including compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams, to support and align the KYC process with organizational objectives and compliance goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills by staying updated on industry trends, attending training or conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications.
- Consistently adhere to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the responsible and lawful use of sensitive customer information.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bring minimum 10 years of industry experience in data-related projects with strong proficiency in Alteryx and Python.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of database concepts and advanced skills in SQL and Excel, including formulas, pivots, and graphs.
- Have a proven track record of analyzing and mapping large datasets to derive actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate experience with data wrangling tools like Microsoft SSIS, Alteryx, Talend, or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik.
