As a Data Domain Architect Lead, in our Data Consumption Team, you will design data products and solutions from vision to launch, will lead customer interactions, user research and define the curated data assets required to provide business analysts high quality descriptive, prescriptive and predictive data solutions.
Job responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to key business leaders, develop strong on-going consultative relationships with stakeholders, and work with partners on efforts towards a vision of a fully data empowered product organization.
  • Work with a team of data specialists/scientists, data engineers and design strategists for the right kind of decision-making, in order to create data products that are developed with people in mind.
  • Experiment, research, bring new ideas to the table, iterate, and refine those ideas.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Physics)
  • 5+ years of industry experience in building financial data management solutions for a bank, payment processor, lender, fintech, bureau, aggregator.
  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics/data science expertise covering data sourcing, data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting (BI tools) in financial services for a bank, payment processor, lender, fintech, bureau, aggregator.
  • Experience across broad range of modern tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Scala, Python, R)
  • Comfortable around big data: i.e. able to effectively and efficiently wrangle billions of records and terabytes of data
  • Experience with common data vocabularies and linked data concepts a plus (RDF, DCAT, Schema.org)


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in one of these Customer Profitability, Customer Journey Analytics, Customer Marketing is a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile organization/structure with AWS and/or Snowflake experience is a plus
  • Experience with and or basic knowledge of ML powered models a plus
  • Experience in one of these domains: Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Card Services, Auto, Home Lending.
