Position Summary
We are expanding our Data Analytics Managed Services team, looking for a seasoned data analytics technical consultant. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of data analytics managed services, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing profitability. This role will report to the Data & Digital Services Managed Support Director.
Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Serve as the primary point of escalation, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Project and Case Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of data analytics projects and managed support cases, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative culture and managing team workload.

Service Delivery: Develop and implement efficient processes for delivering managed services, including ETL, data visualization, and reporting. Identify opportunities for service improvement.

Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date on data analytics technologies and apply them to deliver innovative solutions.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing SOWs for managed services engagements.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of managed services solutions, serving as the primary biller for smaller accounts.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, statistics, IT)

6+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on managed services
-
Minimum of 3 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal

Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) – Microsoft stack required; AWS, GCP, and Snowflake preferred

Data-related certifications highly desired

Experience working in a professional services firm
