What You'll do:

  • Contribute to driving the commercial strategy by providing insights into current performance and highlighting areas of opportunity for growth.
  • Develop datasets/schemas by consuming data from multiple sources such as internal databases, analytical tools, unstructured sources, and other external sources. Help Engineering team model bronze to silver layer and build gold layer along with commercial. Productionizing Data Process.
  • Produce compelling data narratives to drive actions on these opportunities by designing and developing data visualizations using PowerBI.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, clustering, statistical modeling, extract insights, and identify predictive patterns from large datasets to explain and uncover potential opportunities from the data.


What You'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields in data science and analysis.
  • Advanced English is mandatory - will work with a global team.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, conceptual thinking, and a solid background in statistical analysis with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Good understanding of statistical methods.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, data engineering.
  • Prior experience with cloud solutions such as Databricks, BigQuery.
  • Expertise in database querying and reporting tools (SQL + Power BI + DAX).
  • Proficient in programming languages (PythonPySpark, SQL, NoSQL).

Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a general love for problem-solving.
    • Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and prioritize business goals.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute decisions.
    • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
    • Organized profile, able to work autonomously but knows when to ask for help when needed.
