Bring your expertise on using your strong SQL development skills and knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and other related RDBMS.
As a Data Analytics Sr. Manager in our Home Lending team, you will identify the business's reporting needs and develop operational reports, executive dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis. Your role includes gathering business requirements, identifying data sources, and collaborating with Data teams to build optimal data solutions. You will use your strong SQL development skills and knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and other related RDBMS. Your role requires mortgage servicing business knowledge, data science, and data management skills. You will focus on designing, building, and implementing reports and digital dashboards. We are looking for a strong communicator who is eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business partners to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that enhance data consumption and reporting efficiency.
  • Analyze complex reporting issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions with clear and concise documentation.
  • Fosters strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Participates in the design, architecture, and implementation of data models, working closely with technical partners.
  • Optimizes performance through advanced techniques like query tuning, stored procedures, and indexing in SQL Server.
  • Migrates existing Excel/SSRS dashboards and reports to a modern cloud platform and rewrites existing SQL code to align with new data model databases.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Engineering, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline
  • 3 years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including advanced skills in SQL code performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
  • Proficiency in MS SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with AWS tools such as Snowflake, Glue, Redshift, QuickSight, and Athena
  • Familiarity with Python, Alteryx, Agile methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
  • Understanding of different data model types and design principles and understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS
