We are looking for a business-minded Data Analyst to join our growing team.
This opportunity will focus on delivering key reporting, analysis, and insights that will help to drive organic traffic growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with product and organic growth teams in order to define tests, analyze trends, and communicate insights.
- Be part of a highly visible team to tackle strategic initiatives for Organic Growth.
- Lead discussions with product managers (organic growth manager) to understand requirements.
- Deliver business insights and explain day-to-day performance trends with a deep understanding of business drivers and macro trends.
- Conduct hands-on, deep dive analyses using a variety of tools– SQL/Looker, slides, Mode, spreadsheets, etc.
- Develop and maintain deep dive tools that will quickly identify and predict performance patterns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in A/B testing measurement and readouts.
- Strong SQL skills (fluent understanding, ability to write complex queries).
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (Looker, MODAP, Grafana, ELK – a plus).
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics (AWS Athena, Clickhouse, Metabase – preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (G-Suite).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related).
