We are seeking a skilled data analyst with experience in Power BI and Tableau to join our Tech team in Barcelona, supporting the Ad Tech Services (ATS) portfolio. This role will support essential data analytics and reporting functions that drive strategic decision-making across ATS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain, enhance, and develop new dashboards and analytics solutions in Power BI, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to ATS’s needs, with a focus on dashboards and analytics designed for operational management.
- Data Integration: Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including AWS Athena, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Google Drive, ensuring accuracy and consistency across dashboards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the PMO and the tech team to gather requirements, deliver insights, and enhance existing reporting.
- Performance Optimization: Implement best practices in Power BI for optimal performance, scalability, and efficiency of dashboards and data models, driving AI based solutions and predictive analytics.
- Backup Support: Serve as a backup for ongoing reporting needs, ensuring continuity of service.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in data analytics platforms such as Power BI & Tableau, preferably within digital advertising or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data integration best practices. Experience connecting Power BI to AWS Athena, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Google Drive datasets is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in dashboards and data sources, ensuring timely resolution.
