ABOUT THE DATA ANALYST ROLE:
WIN is looking to add Data Analysts to our growing team! Ideal candidates are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team utilizing state-of-the-art data pipelines, processing, and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives that will transform the real estate industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and analysis tasks.
- Work with various data pipelines and reporting tools to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform data processing and generate comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- Debug and understand APIs for seamless data integration and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver impactful insights.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with ETL pipelines and data integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data pipelines, processing, and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of APIs, including debugging and integration.
