About the Role

As Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing key business metrics, building reports and dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on performance tracking and process optimization. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key operational, financial, and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

• Support leadership with predictive analytics, forecasts, and scenario planning to drive business growth

• Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across sales, marketing, finance, and operations

• Design and maintain reports using PowerBI, cicOS, and other BI tools to enhance real-time decision-making

• Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategic insights

• Implement and improve data automation processes to increase accuracy and reduce manual reporting efforts

 

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field  

• Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel; experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for business teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail

• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, finance, or a related field
