This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Job Description
- Analyze large datasets related to manufacturing to extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve manufacturing problems.
- Combine data from multiple sources, such as databases, MES, and cloud platforms, to create comprehensive data models for analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Lead and manage manufacturing I4.0 projects.
- Support cross-functional teams to develop data analytic solutions.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Advanced in English
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Advanced skills in using data analysis tools
- Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, SQL, JAVA, JSON, or another programming language
- Strong communication and presentation
- Advanced skill in user interface design & analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge in programming languages
- Collaboration, working with cross-functional teams
- Project management
