Description
Location: This position is onsite at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229. Potential for a hybrid schedule after six months.

What You'll Do:

Extract data from multiple systems and departments using various data manipulation and extraction techniques for regular, cyclical, and ad hoc reporting.

Perform research and analyze reports, creating statistical models for presentation/review. Summarize findings and communicate results to management.

Identify operational inadequacies and use various skills and resources to retool processes.

Communicate with other areas regarding outcomes and reporting.
To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need:

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
-
Degree Equivalency: Four (4) years of job-related work or Associate's and 2 years of job-related work experience. Degree Equivalency not applicable for the Celerian Group, Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office. Ability to acquire programming skills across various software platforms.
Required Skills & Abilities:

Good organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.

Ability to use complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.

Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
We Prefer That You Have The Following:

Call center incoming call analytical experience.

Claims experience.

DB2, SQL and strong Excel experience.
