Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Data Analyst within the Finance Organization Worldwide Cost Accounting hub. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and digital tools to enhance financial processes and provide actionable insights to business partners globally.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics and Insights:
- Extract and analyze large datasets to uncover valuable insights using advanced techniques such as clustering, association rule mining, and anomaly detection.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
- Digital Improvement and Automation:
- Implement AI-ML models and MS 365 tools to develop applications for financial models, automated workflows, and data analytics.
- Utilize Excel, SQL Database, Power BI, and SharePoint for efficient data management and collaboration.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Finance, Production, and IT teams to understand data needs, answer data-related queries, and translate complex data analysis into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Effectively communicates data findings and recommendations through presentations, reports, and visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Operational Support:
- Supports the standard cost-setting operation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business partners and inventory business owners to achieve operational goals and improve internal controls.
- Partner with internal functional teams to enhance process/operational and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent in IT/ Data Science/ Finance.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in data analytics, financial reporting, and digital tool implementation.
- Proficiency in coding e.g. Python, C++, JAVA, R, SQL, and MS 365 tools including Excel, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
