Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Planning, Forecasting, & S&OP organization. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making processes and identifying process gaps. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools and supply chain systems, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards that support planning, forecasting, and S&OP monthly processes.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and systems to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Work with tool developers to improve this accuracy and develop enhancements to tools.
  • Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years materials, production planning, sourcing, services or supply chain operations experience) + minimum of 3 years materials, production planning, sourcing, services or supply chain operations experience
