We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analysis Manager to oversee the collection, management, and storage of data across our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security while supporting data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data strategies, maintain robust data systems, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.

Oversee data collection, validation, storage, and retrieval processes.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across databases and platforms. Troubleshooting as needed to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with data analysts, business analysts, project managers, engineers, and business units to support data-driven initiatives.

Manage data governance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Monitor and optimize data workflows and processes for improved efficiency.

Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.

Maintain documentation related to data architecture, management processes, and compliance requirements.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in data management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in data management, information systems, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role with proven results.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in data management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

Experience with corporate systems, including financial, audit, tax, practice management, and CRM systems.

Strong understanding of ERP applications, including full life cycle functionality, maintenance, and support.

Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL) and ERP systems.

Expertise in Workday FINS data and EIBs.
-
Experience with M&A or divestiture data integration activities.

Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and data security principles.

Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.

Executive presence and confidence in leading meetings with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to communicate business concerns and considerations effectively.

Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports – telling the story behind the data.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Excellent presentation creation skills in MS PPT – tailoring to the audience.

For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $127,100 - $149,500. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $139,800 - $164,500. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $139,800 - $164,500. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $139,800 - $164,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $146,100 - $171,900. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
