Influencer Manager DACH -Myprotein
About The Role:
The Influencer Manager - DACH will be a performance-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual passionate about influencer marketing and building lasting relationships within the German-speaking market. As a key member of the DACH Influencer team, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing a high-performing roster of influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement for THG Nutrition & Wellness.
What you will be doing:
- Roster Development and Optimization: Recruit, onboard, and manage a roster of top-tier influencers in the DACH region, aligning with THG Nutrition & Wellness' brand values and target audience.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor influencer performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with the DACH market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they are aligned with THG Nutrition & Wellness' goals and values.
- Budget Management: Manage the DACH influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices in the DACH region.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on performance and results-driven campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the DACH fitness trends
- market including, cultural nuances and consumer behaviors
- excellent communicating and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Fluency in German and English is essential
