As the CRM Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels. This role will be a part of our global team to support and manage Convatec CRM tools.

Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Researching, designing, implementing, documenting and managing Convatec's CRM software programs (Dynamics 365

• Working closely with other members of the cross functional team

• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications

• Testing and evaluating new programs

• Writing and implementing efficient code for running scripts/reports

• Determining operational practicality

• Developing quality assurance procedures

• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

• Attending to Agile Ceremonies

• Training users

To be successful in this role you will have

• Hands-on experience working on highly customized Dynamics365 CE platform in a development and/or administrator capacity

• Experienced with PowerAutomate platform and creating automation processes

• Experience in .NET, JS coding and SQL scripting

• Working knowledge with data extraction, transformation and upload tools such as KingswaySoft, PowerAutomate or similar tools

• Functional collaboration with Commercial, Service & Marketing CRM End Users

• Knowledge of CRM Plugin Coding, XRM toolbox or similar tools
